Description

Increase your arm strength with the Wrist Roller designed for forearm and grip strength training. This durable roller will build powerful muscles, increases cardio, and enhance flexibility. Load the included carabiner with a dumbbell, kettlebell, or attach a loading pin with a weight plate.

Raise the roller at shoulder height and carefully rotate the Wrist Roller’s handles forward and backward. Doing so will raise or lower the attached weight for a gentle warm-up or a more focused workout. Once you are done with the strength accessory, wrap the strap around the handle and secure it with the velcro strap for easy storage.
