This rack mounted leg curl and extensions attachment targets your hamstrings and quads during standing leg curls and seated extensions to build lower-body strength and muscle mass. Engineered for smooth, controlled motion that follows your natural movement path, it features a comfortable padded seat that adjusts with the turn of a knob, letting you switch between seated and standing movements in seconds. Add Olympic weight plates to ramp up resistance for progressive overload as your strength increases and lock in with ergonomic grip handles for control through every rep. PLEASE NOTE: This attachment fits Elite Series racks and Metric 3″ x 3″ uprights (2.95″ x 2.95″ with 26mm diameter holes and 50mm hole spacing). It will NOT fit Imperial uprights (true 3″ x 3″ with 15.875mm diameter holes and 50.8 mm hole spacing).
