This pull up bar is perfect for traditional, narrow, angled, and neutral grip pull ups to target different muscles with each angle.

Use it as is or attach pull up bands or straps for even more versatility. The easy-grip knurled handles have a diameter of 33mm for maximum comfort while you work out. Built with durable powder-coated steel, this pull up bar extends 16" from the ceiling with a length of 50". With 4" hole spacing on the cross members and 47.5" spacing between the cross members, this unit is easy to install and comes with expansion bolts for securely mounting to the ceiling.
